What a great anti- itch shampoo for my dogs this has been working well as I use it once a week on my dogs so that their skin won’t dry out but I have noticed less scratches and it has a pleasant smell to it also

I use it on my dog often since he likes to play outside. It eases but doesn’t get rid of the sweaty dog smell after playing. However, it does kill fleas and you don’t have to rinse it off. I put the shampoo on my dog and brush it in. That works great.

Hard to find any flea product that works these days, but this does!! What is also great about it, you can sneak up on your dog with it in your hand if they don’t like stuff put on them. !! And no hose!!

We have been battling fleas and been using Vet’s Best Flea & Tick spray, but this… is solid!!! This comes out about the same consistency as shaving cream. A medium palm sized glob will just about cover our 9lb dog. I rubbed it in until it foamed up and fully coated the dog. I could see the fleas, and some were still moving but not jumping. I was able to get them and I’d say 5 out of the 8 were dead. the 3 others were not moving well or jumping. This seems to work better than the liquid spray! We then use a flea comb and the Vets best flea & tick wipes to catch them and then massaged them in to the wipe. that seems to work the best. I am not so sure about the eggs… didn’t do much against ticks though, if it does, its too slow to notice.

This stuff really does work. I got this because the Amazon-brand topical drops didn’t end up doing anything for my dog who is a 65lb Husky-Chow mix. Upon contact, this stuff will kill any fleas on your pup, however as soon as it dries, it basically stops working. I can’t really say it does much to repel them after it dries. Great if your pup just happens to have a few fleas on them they picked up from outside or something. If you have something more like a severe infestation, this will be nothing more than a band aid and they’ll be back on your dog in less than half an hour.
A really good option for dogs that are not great with baths, has a nice scent as well so it’s pleasant to work with (strong minty scent). The difficult part is getting your pup to not lick it while you’re putting it on them. My dog licked quite a few times and didn’t end up getting sick, so it’s not a matter of them becoming deathly ill if they lick it. But you should probably keep that to a minimum.
I had a pretty bad infestation over the summer, so using this, the spray from the same company, diatomaceous earth (Food grade only!) and flea baths solved the problem in about a month or so.

I like that this is all natural and it smells wonderful it’s like doing a dry shampoo on human hair but this is moist you use it on your dog’s hair I have a golden retriever who has extremely long hair and the fleas in Florida will ridiculous this year so doing this every two days was like her getting a massage she couldn’t wait for it plus I love the smell of clove

I have been dealing with fleas on my four cats and three dogs for the last month. This stuff tears up your hands horribly if you touch it several times a day. I now use gloves. I had a HUGE eye opening experience yesterday with this!!!!! Ready? So I was using the flea comb on my cats, on their dry fur. I use this flea foam on the comb so when a flea gets in the comb it doesn’t just hop away; it hopefully touches the foam and dies. I also disperse some foam on a plate so when I get a flea I stick them in the foam. Yesterday I had 6 fleas on the plate that were “dead” in the foam. Well, it took me a while because I have a lot of pets. After about 10-15 minutes the foam dried up on the plate and I could see just the fleas on the plate. Then I started to notice one twitching. So I kept watching and another one started twitching! So I hurried and put them in a Ziploc bag so I could watch and see if they were going to survive. And sure enough, 2 of them came back to life and were fine! The 4 that were adult fleas died, but the 2 that were immature adults, or whatever you call them at that stage, survived. I then sprayed them with Natural Care home spray and they died. Will I buy this foam again? Yes. Just ordered another one yesterday. It’s a must with the flea comb. But I don’t think I would waste my time using it as a waterless bath as I have done several times. (I use the one made for cats on my cats) If it doesn’t kill at all stages, at a fleas reproduction rate of about 50 eggs a day, I don’t think you could get a grasp on the situation. Would I use this over poisons that made ALL my pets vomit like Frontline? YES! Frontline didn’t even work. I will never again use those poisons. Too many pets die from that stuff. Don’t forget to vacuum every day and discard the contents properly daily. Otherwise the fleas hatch in the vacuum and get back in your house. I know this because i tested it by putting my contents in ziplock bags and sure enough, after a day it would have fleas hopping about.
