I like the mat but it has missing color near its edge. Not going to return it because it’s a food mat for the dog but I’m guessing it won’t hold up well to washing if the paint is already coming off.

I love this mat, it’s aesthetically pleasing while doing the job of keeping my floor dry & clean for feeding time. I was looking for something small (I have 2 small dogs) and this is perfect. Goes with my decor. Would purchase again!

My pets are messy eaters so I tried this placemat for them and their dishes. Both animals are on the smaller size and share food and water, so I only need a mat to hold a couple of small bowls.
The light green and white version is pleasingly mellow in color. The thickness is appropriate, as is the non-slip gripping ability. The mat doesn’t slide around on the floor easily, whether the pets are actively chowing down or I’m refilling their bowls.
The size works for my needs, but if you have pets over 20 pounds, you should probably check the dimensions of the mat and your space needs for your own pets’ dishes before purchase. Just to be on the safe side. The mat has its absorbancy quality, meaning that water spilled soaks in, instead of puddling on the mat.
The con I can see at the moment, after a few weeks of use, is the drying factor: how long does the mat take to dry after spillage or washing? I’m not sure yet, as I haven’t hung it up to dry, mainly because I didn’t want to confuse my pets by installing it and then temporarily disappearing it once they were accustomed to its presence. I’m sure I’ll figure it out, just as they’ll figure out how to dine in its absence. Just thought that worth mentioning, as it may affect one’s purchase decision.

My dogs set up is so cute now! Mat was the perfect size (I got the smaller one) and it looks like good quality. We will see how long it lasts.

My dog has a pink food and water bowl and this feed mat is just the perfect addition to my pup’s eating space.. it’s thick and has some cushion. Super easy to clean and it just looks great sitting in the floor. Most mats are unsightly in the shape of a bone or something silly. This adds style to any area you choose to feed you pet!!!

The larger size is perfect for two kitties and it looks lovely against the olive/sage green wall in our kitchen. The quality feels nice and sturdy and it’s easy to wipe. I was looking for something that would have good quality and aesthetically pleasing design (not too kitschy) this is it!
