Nice length cable for our needs

We have a plott hound and she is about 90 lbs. We don’t have time in the morning to walk her so she gets put on a lead until we leave. This works great.

This was perfect for tying up my dog when we go different places. It’s light, easy to roll up and doesn’t take up a lot of room. I am confident that the strength of it will keep my dog secure.

I got this to tie our Bernese Mountain Dog up in our front yard while we are doing yardwork. It seems sufficiently strong and it was just the right length for our needs.

Hooks need to be stronger because my lab broke one of the hooks off

You get exactly what you expect. A sturdy, safe leash that holds up to being pulled by excited dogs, and getting wound up around trees.

Use this for smaller dogs

The outer vinyl coating on this cable cracks and splits in our cold Canadian winter which allows the exposed cable to tangle up on itself and catch on snow and any obstacle it comes in contact with. I have to constantly go out and untangle as well as it allows the cable to get wrapped up on the dog and any other object which is unsafe and annoying to have to go out and free the dog daily in order for her to reach the door to the house. Have tried several other similar tie outs and appears they all have the same problem. Solid nylon rope tie outs have been tried as well and they are even worse both summer and winter for tangling up on itself. Have spent a fortune on tie outs in past two years, time to build a fence I would say but I have one dog who is a digger and digs under the fences. Going to try GPS collar next…hope it works?!

Just as advertised.

Not happy w/clip and there’s no way these clips will hold a 100 lb dog if the dog was to pull or bolt.

Does exactly what I want

It’s strong & seems like a great product !!
Unfortunately I had to return it, it was the wrong size for my dog !!

After being left outside, it rust quite easily and gets hard to open up.
