I ordered this shampoo for my dog, and I was overall happy with it. It worked well to remove fleas and ticks, and my dog’s coat felt soft and clean afterwards. However, the bottle arrived damaged, and it had leaked out of the bottle into the box. I only got about half of the shampoo that wasn’t leaked out once I cleaned up the mess.
I’m not sure if this was a one-time issue, or if the packaging is generally poor. If you do order this shampoo, I would recommend inspecting the bottle carefully when it arrives to make sure it is not damaged.

I had hope for my dog going in with all the positive reviews that this would help kill and wash away fleas but unfortunately even though I followed the instructions on the back to a T I would do a flea search after the bath and the fleas were still alive and practically waving at me. My pups had multiple baths using this and still had fleas alive and thriving on them after using it. I’m disappointed. Also if you read the bottle it mentions for some reason this is specifically dangerous and potentially toxic to cats if they lick it via grooming or if they themselves would be bathed in it wtf?!?! Get something else y’all

This shampoo has helped my dog from fleas since day one but I do recommend showing your dog one more time the same week or else your dog will be having more fleas , my dog still has fleas bit it’s heard to kill the big ones , I mean is alright shampoo.

Very creamy soap, our German Shepherd loves the soap and feel. She had a few fleas, after using this soap the fleas died instantly and showed up all over the bathtub. One more wash and she was free and clean from all the fleas. A week later she is still free from fleas.
