I have set this up a few different ways for my pitbulls and aussies to play with. Suffice to say they have a blast. Weather it’s tug of war or just jumping for it after it’s released and bouncing up and down it’s one of the first things they go for when they are let outside.

I’m not a big reviewer but this is worthy!
Our Catahoula needs a lot of exercise and this toy helps wear her out! Just 20min of playing and she’s a more calm and happy pup. She usually needs a little motivation from us to get started but otherwise, she’s on a mission. We think she expects the whole tree to come down, one of these days 🙃. Sturdy, adjustable, and it’s easy to replace the tugs after she chews them up. The tug it came with was gone in 2 days (which is why I gave 4/5 ⭐️) but the replacement from the pet store has held up for weeks!

This is by far my dog’s favorite outside toy. It is easy to assemble and provides him with hours of fun. My biggest complaint is that he kills the grass underneath it, but I can deal with that! the strap did break at one point, but there was enough fabric left for us to tie the pieces together. It was due to tons of use not poor quality.

I’m sure she will get through it one day, but so far it has lasted months with supervised play with no noticeable wear or tear. My pup will just pull and pull on this for 20-30 minutes before becoming exhausted, she absolutely loves it. It has saved my arms and hands a lot of soreness, especially after already having to have surgery. If you’re on the fence about getting it, you absolutely should. If you don’t have a tree strong enough, honestly anything sturdy would work that you think could withstand pulling, as you can also hook it up horizontally somewhere. Honestly, it’s so easy to set up you can probably bring it to and from your local park if that’s an option (maybe took about 3 minutes to set up at home, the hardest part was aiming well enough to get it over the branch!). Highly recommend for energetic breeds to keep them busy and active!

I have had it up hanging from tree and lasted from summer to early fall (4-5mo.) and not overly used by a 70lb Belgian Malinois but the strap tore/snapped and the bungee part frayed for whatever reason. Never heard back from the seller despite my messages and pics. This is maybe good for a 20lb dog and not for the outdoors. Reviews of people with two mastiffs using it with no problems is misleading. Product & service is lousy.
Update April 20/23: changed to 3.5 Stars I was contacted by the seller 8 months later and immediately sent us a replacement. the delay was as result of miscommunication. I will was pleased with their eventual action. I will see how long the tug lasts this time around and will report.

This is a great toy but chew part isn’t as durable as I thought it would be. Our 2 year old Malinois had it torn up on the first day. Granted, it’s probably because of the breed but I was hoping it would last longer. Might be a lot better with a different dog breed lol.

This product is well made and a great idea but my dog is a heavy chewer and it only lasted three days. She chewed through the webbing. It states on the package that it might not be for heavy chewers. It otherwise was a good toy to relieve boredom.

I bought two of these in January. Today is November 25th, and my husband JUST put up the second one, today! And that was only because the first one finally literally had no space left to continue to tie shreds of the original rope to it, lol. We got SO much use out of it!! Our dog LOVES this thing, and plays with it multiple times (RUFFly, LOL), everyday! He’s a border collie/lab mix, and he jumps up and pulls on it with his full body weight and super jaw, haha! He’s also subscribed to the BarkBox super chewer subscription, because he chews everything to death – so we were pleasantly surprised to find that this lasted so long! We will definitely buy more when this one dies!
