I adopted a tiny chihuahua from the SPCA. He’s wonderful. But, I live in a high-rise in San Francisco on a hill where the cablecars run up and down all day long and I wanted to make potty breaks easy for us. I folded a rug in half and put the pad on top of it in the corner of my bathroom. He uses it without fail and never a problem. If the waste is solid, I simply flush the waste. If the waste is liquid and/or the pad is soiled, I simply fold it into a tiny packet, put it in the trash, and lay down a fresh one. The backing of the pad is plastic and there is never any leakage. When it’s pouring rain, no worries about going out in it. When I’m away, no worries about how many hours he has to “hold it”.
(I double the pad if I’m gone for the day, just to give him more surface). Great product. Just as advertised.

I just ordered a washable wee wee pad to be more environmentally friendly, but I will always keep these on hand. I’ve tried a bunch of different brands & these are by far the best! It only leaks if it’s not changed when it’s too saturated or if the pup misses the target (sometimes she goes on the edge 🙄)

These are not the best pee pads I’ve used. I bought a box of pee pads from a retail store that had a small section for dog stuff. Those were the best. They absorbed fast, dried fast, and blocked odor better. They don’t always have them so I got these.

I really enjoyed these pads for small areas and to take on car trips with our furbies. They seem to hold puppy fluids without going all the way through the paper for most of the times. I sometimes place one on top of the other for over night in kennels. They also are reasonably priced especially if needed often for smaller pets when they choose places within the house that we can not quite keep them away from. I would buy again definitely. You can also place them in large carriers that are used in motels. When our small yorkies were not allowed on carpet when traveling, we placed these pads at the end of a metal fold up carrier in the bath area or at the side of a bed. They work great to pack entire couple of packages in car as they do not take up a lot of room when traveling. Also, they are great to keep in the home for placing items on such as in clothes closet floors. Sometimes the bottoms of my shoes do not need to touch carpet after wearing them within the home all day and going in and out of the garage occasionally. I just place them on one of these pads until I can clean the shoes up more thoroughly. They are also great for under sink cabinets if you have several bottles of extra shampoo or other items that you need to have a protective cover on your cabinet interior floors. Just keep a package around. You will be surprised how many times you will use one for other than little puppies.

These work so well. Our 7.5yr old pug had to have a spinal surgery then a bladder surgery a few weeks later and these are perfect for keeping his pen clean. They are super absorbent, very durable, and long lasting. At one point he knocked over a his water bowl spilling easily a liter of fluid, these pads soaked them right up without any mess or drips. He also had some occurrence of “1” and “2” and these pads did not fail. I never thought I would need something like this for our adult potty trained dog but they are a life saver, I’m about to order another pack for his next few weeks of recovery. We tried a cheap store brand and these are far superior, the price is well worth it.
