My cats like watching me unbox things. They have to know what’s inside and then claim the boxes as their own. Because these combs come in a clear container my seemed to recognize what they were and started demanding for them. Cat-approved already!
I’m very happy that these combs don’t have a weird raised “lip” where the bristles are, so fleas can quickly and easily be popped. I also like the variety of comb sizes. Great for a variety of uses such as the face, underarms, long hair, etc.

If one design didn’t do trick another would have. I really like the fact there’s a case to keep them together. Would definitely recommend to everyone that is in need of any one of these. Such a wonderful variety and price is great too !! They get 10 out of 10 in my book !!!!!!! Very happy with my purchase. I ordered this set mainly for the long handled flea comb. I had been using one without a handle, and it would get uncomfortable. While this one does feel better, it has other issues. Mainly, some of the teeth are slightly crooked/bent. This leaves small gaps between some, while others are smashed together. This can make a big difference when trying to catch tiny flea legs between them. Also, I think a more ergonomic curved handle would provide a better combing angle. This will still work to check my cats for fleas, and it’s not a bad price for what you get. The handle makes it much easier to dip the comb in a cup of soapy water to drown the fleas. Unless you are grooming a longer haired animal, though, you won’t really need the long combs, and the plastic ones don’t seem to work as well to hold onto the fleas. I wish they had included more variety of handled combs, but I do like how this comes with a plastic storage case.

If you’re cat or dog has long hair this is perfect for you, normally on my other animals I can pick them off and smush them with ease but with my long haired cat they like to burry themselves within her fur and these combs were the perfect tool to get down beneath her hair and down to the skin and allow me to finally pick these pesky fleas out!! they also gave me 7 combs instead of 6 so that was cool too haha
