UPDATED: After examining the machine close up, one of the spinning launchers isn’t spinning anymore. This is why it isn’t launching well. We didn’t get a full month of use out of this machine and I’m contacting the manufactuer to see if we can get a replacement or return it.
Jolene is a ball-crazy dog. She LOVES to play ball. She learned the routine quickly with treat reinforcement and my insistence by not throwing it for her and only using the ball machine for a few days. She hears the sound and backs up getting ready for the launch! That being said, we’ve only had it a month or so (I also sent one to my grand puppy) and it’s motor is struggling and it’s not launching as far as it was. She uses it a lot during the day though so it’s been launching about 20 times or so per day. I’ve wiped it out daily but I’m sure some dirt and small debris from ball surfaces get in there. The balls get really fuzzy fast and I’ve been trimming them to minimize debris. I don’t know if it will last much longer and she will be one sad little dog when it poops out completely. Other than durability , we have so enjoyed this and are crossing our fingers!

Overall, this little gizmo is fun my. dog loves it. He is a complete ball freak anyway.
Constantly. Bugging me. To play ball with him. Haven’t got him to drop it in himself yet, but he will.
Personally, I think these things are a little overpriced. but somewhere that people realize that. People love their pets and will spend just about anything to make them happy.

The launcher works but only one ball at a time. I was thinking I could put multiple ones and it feed down. Suggestion do Not use USPS they don’t make your delivery date that’s important to the buyer 😔

The 2inch ball launcher and a ball cannon mini, the ball common mini has 4 setting and if you pull it back all the way, the ball will break, I as have an aggressive chewer and popped half the balls the first night but my other dog would play with them because of her tiny mouth which made it easier for her to play with when broken
On the picture, the ball on the left only gets use in the ball launcher. The one on the right is my little pugs ball after it was popped by my Boston Terrier

Our chihuahua mix loves this. Just wish she’d drop the ball in herself.

It’s really fun to have a bag of cheap balls to bring along to the river or dog park because if another dog steals one , your dog pops one, or you lose one, you just bust out another. My Doberman will pop them first thing then chomp them into submission until they won’t go back to their shape. I have a couple half eaten ones around my house that my chihuahua also enjoys consuming. These are nice for a dog that does not bite down on balls or a camping trip or something, but they are not durable, therefore are wasteful. They are the ‘fast fashion’ of tennis balls lol
It Matters –
I did not like the idea that it only dispenses one ball at a time.

Dog enjoys playing with balls. It’s his favorite thing to do.
