We have a medium sized Terrier mix, and these work perfectly for him. Gone are the days of watching him struggle to pick up or catch normal sized tennis balls!

I didn’t realize the value of having a set of matching balls like this for learning to play fetch but when our pup couldn’t really discern between the different balls, as she typically likes to choose a favorite toy to prefer when we play, it allowed us to bait and switch her and get her in the rhythm of dropping the ball so that she could then pursue another one and sure enough over the course of a couple of weeks she can very reliably play fetch with us now!
These are the perfect size for our 12lb poodle, but they are small. They could even be a choking hazard for a really big dog so make sure you’re only using this for a small or medium sized dog. Also, the fuzz seems like it might be a little on the cheap side and she has a tendency to want to try to chew on it if we don’t keep her actively engaged with these for fetch.
I get that they’re supposed to be for some sort of automatic ball launcher but we wanted many tennis balls because of how small our pup is and she can’t really mouth full-size balls, and these proved perfect for us.

These tennis-type balls are indeed “as advertised”, provided one takes the time to read the product information somewhat carefully. These balls are significantly smaller than the size of standard tennis balls. However, that does not have any negative impact on how suitable they are for playing with a dog, or with children. In fact, and at least according to the product information, their smaller size means that these balls will be compatible with most automatic ball launchers, in case your arm gets tired before your dog does. The only concern the smaller size gives me is that there may be a slight risk of choking in the case of playing fetch or catch with very large dogs. And of course, there is no way to know how long they will last. I have seen tennis-type balls that come apart after just a few chomps of canine jaws, while others seem to last through many hours of play. I do like the neon green colour, as it will make finding the balls easy, even in long grass. I am satisfied with this product.

The sensor appears to be malfunctioning. When a ball is dropped in, nothing happens. The only time it launches a ball is when it is immediately after it is turned on.

Smaller than what I expected but my kid is happy as they fit his hands better. They’re bouncy but not too much so if they thrown inside they should not do much damage. Careful around the eyes though !

I foster dogs and get all kinds of dogs in my house. These smaller tennis balls are great for the little ones who struggle to hold a regular tennis ball in their mouth. I don’t have the machine that launches them, I got these purely to play with the smaller dogs as I would a normal tennis ball and they work great. I recommend them if you have a similar situation!

I recently picked up the YXX-TECH 2 Inch Tennis Ball Refill for my automatic ball launcher, and I must say, I’m quite impressed with the product overall. As a dog owner, finding the right toys that are compatible with my launcher can be a bit of a challenge, but these tennis balls fit the bill perfectly.
One of the main reasons I decided to give these balls a try was because the launcher displayed in the seller’s photos looked identical to the one I own. To my delight, the balls were indeed compatible with my launcher, providing a seamless and consistent throwing experience. The 2-inch diameter is just right for most automatic ball launchers on the market, ensuring that they deliver optimal performance every time.
Another aspect that I appreciate about these tennis balls is their versatility. Whether indoors or outdoors, my furry friend can enjoy hours of playtime regardless of the weather. The durable construction allows for both indoor fetch sessions and outdoor adventures, adding a layer of convenience to our playtime routine.
One of the highlights of using these tennis balls is the interactive experience they provide for my dog. Engaging him in a game of fetch not only promotes physical exercise but also stimulates him mentally, keeping him happy, healthy, and entertained. There’s nothing quite like the joy on his face when he sees the ball flying through the air, ready for him to chase and retrieve.
With a pack of 12 tennis ball refills, I have an ample supply to keep the fun going for extended play sessions. This ensures that there are minimal interruptions during our playtime, allowing us to bond and enjoy quality time together without any distractions.
However, it’s important to note that while these tennis balls are suitable for most dogs, they may not withstand the rough play of aggressive chewers. For dogs with a tendency to chew excessively, I would recommend redirecting their focus to more durable toys to prevent any damage to the balls. Despite this limitation, the joy and excitement that these balls bring to my dog far outweigh any concerns about durability.
I am highly satisfied with the YXX-TECH Tennis Ball Refills for my automatic ball launcher. They provide a reliable and enjoyable play experience for my furry friend, promoting both physical activity and mental stimulation. With their compatibility, versatility, and ample quantity, they have quickly become a staple in our playtime routine. If you’re looking to enhance your dog’s playtime experience, I highly recommend giving these tennis balls a try.

My dogs love tennis balls and these are small enough for them. My dogs are 10 lbs and they can pick these balls up with no problem. They bounce and roll just like you want tennis balls to do.

These are perfect little tennis balls that are the perfect size for ball throwing machines…but even if you don’t have a ball throwing machine your pet will be in doggie heaven with 12 new balls to play with! Great safe toys at a great price! Currently $16.99

I’m trying to think which would be the best way to let the dog have these balls – doling them out one at a time (whenever he needs a new one), or all twelve at once and let him go crazy trying to figure out which ball needs to be chased at that exact moment…
These two-inch balls are the perfect size for smaller breeds, though they could potentially be a choking hazard for large dogs.

Great value, durability looks like it will be fantastic. My boys usually get the ones with the squeaky toy in them but eventually turn them into chew toys and destroy them. These don’t have the squeaky thing in them so they don’t flex as much when chewed. I think this is the answer I was looking for to solve the durability issue. I’ll report back when I have a better idea of how long they last but so far, I’m impressed.

I got her a ball launcher, otherwise I would be throwing a ball constantly all day. The launcher only takes balls that are 1.9 inches, a tennis ball is closer to 3. It’s kind of hard to find these little balls. And finding a big bag of them just brought my dog so much joy!! Of course she loses most of them under the couch or chairs but then we get them out and start over again. These are good quality, bouncy, firm like a tennis ball. We have some others that are spongy and she chews bits off them. These are a tiny tennis ball so she can’t bite part off.
