    As shown. Works well, perfect!!

It is super stable and doesn’t slide around on the floor. Very affordable. The perfect size for the training pads. My only complaint is that somehow my dog still will sometimes leak under the mat because the raised edge leans down every now and then. As far as resistance to water, cleaners, or urine itself, it is not permeable. It all comes right off.

Finally my dog hits the paper! She always aims for the edge and it would drive me nuts how it would go off the paper or under it. Now, for some reason, she still goes towards the edge but keeps her back feet on the paper and yay! It’s on the paper!! 😃 There’s only been one accident where she stepped off and it went under the paper. BUT, it was just a matter of cleaning the mat and not the floor.
The mat is so smooth and cleans easily.
You must align the paper evenly on the mat, but the paper stays put even when there’s a breeze.
This was my best purchase for my dog. Ever!

Sooo glad I found it. Just what was needed. Nice and big. I fold it out of the way during the day. Prevents my dog from missing the pad and soaking the carpet. Just wipe up with damp paper towel if needed. Can be washed in bathtub as well, or sprayed with garden hose. Put in a open space for dogs to poop on. I just discovered the location issue, as I had it at bottom of stairs where she pees. I researched the problem when she didn’t use the mat to poop. Problem solved.

This mat is a great help at keeping my floor clean. I liked that I was able to order a size that fits the brand of pads that I use. I was a little nervous about not having clips but the rubber surface helps to keep the pad in place. (Sorry! Can’t help you if your baby likes to make mischief!) Also, together with the slight lip around the edges, accidents have decreased but are easier to clean when they happen.

Our 10lb pup is a bit of what we lovingly have deemed a “foo-foo” dog. She has always preferred pads to grass… because bugs are scary and wet grass is the devil, I guess? So we have primarily stuck to potty pads for her.
In the last few months we found we were having to clean the floor a couple times a day from her going right on the edge and the pee trailing underneath the pad. I’m not sure what changed, maybe she’s finally caught on to the underhanded foo-foo comments…
So after cleaning her pad spot up so many times I figured there’s got to be a market for this kind of problem, so I scoured the internet for affordable solutions and found this mat.
I’m happy to report it’s sturdy but still flexible and doesn’t stink like plastic and is working well for us. The mats lip is small but keeps the edge of her pads just slightly tilted up and the lip has helped keep her from peeing directly on the edge itself.
My only complaint: the color options. Why only gray?
Anyway, I think finding the right mat size for the size of your pads is key and what works will likely depend on your dogs peeing habits. Some might want a smaller pad to mat ratio if the dog is an edge pee-er with or without the mats lip to keep any leaks contained, or some may just want a bigger portion of pad going up on the lip of the mat.
Here is what has worked for us with 28×30 mat and the Petsmart Grreat Choice pads we have been using for years.
Good luck from us and our foo-foo dog!

I have tried so many things to try and prevent our dogs from missing their pee pad. Every day I was cleaning up a mess. I saw this and thought I would give it a try. I must admit, I was skeptical because the edges aren’t very high. Apparently it is the perfect height because I have not cleaned up one accident since I bought this. It’s been such a nice break not having to clean up every day lol.

I got the 28×30 mat for my small space, and using 26×30 pee pads. I’ve not had a single leak over the edge since using this.

I’m so happy with my purchase, this is a quality thick but flexible mat that should hold up for years.
My dog for some reason usually chooses to go to one side or the other, which used to lead to leaking over the edges and under the pee pad into the crevices of my tile floor!
Tired of sanitizing my tile floor daily, I decided to try this mat. It seems to be a tactile and visual aid to my senior dog due to the raised edges, he no longer goes on the edge of the pee pad. He still goes to the side but stays off the edge so I haven’t had a single leak, even when my dog has peed a few times overnight before i change the pad!
Since my apartment is tiny, this mat makes it easy to move the pad into the hall and back when we need to shower.

I wonder if I got the smaller mat if I could use the “standard” size pee pads since they are more affordable than the XL I’ve had to get to keep my floor covered. I think it would since he seems to know to stay on the mat instead of going over the edges.
