The simple solution original training pads (regular size) are fantastic but a little too small for my samoyed (I often find myself cleaning pee tracking).
The simple solution economic training pads are a cheaper version of the originals: it doesn’t look as good but importantly it has attractant. These are a great buy if you use multiple pads a day, and it is too bad they only make these in regular size.
The simple solution ecologic training pads are a mess. I wanted to love them but 80% of the pads come with holes, and you have to be very careful when you manipulate them as they just fall apart and become a choking hazard to your dog. Importantly they seem to have no attractant, or it is not effective. So unless your dog is very well trained….good luck. Your dog may not pee on them, or will do but then there was a hole and you still need to clean the floors. For that reason, no matter how cheap they are, they are actually very expensive.
The simple solution extra large training pads, have the same great quality as the original (regular size, but is considerably larger. Great for larger dogs! However very expensive if your dog (like mine) uses three/four pads a day. I wish they were cheaper!!!

When my boyfriend and I first got our puppy, we had gotten small puppy pads from our local pet store. Unfortunately, our puppy still had accidents. One day, I saw that Amazon had extra large puppy pads, so I bought them now; our puppy has fewer accidents thanks to the extra large puppy pads I found on Amazon. They are excellent products for training your puppy to do their business indoors, and they could be used for older dogs who have difficulty controlling their bladder.

We have never used this type of product before, but needed some alternative to kitty litter when litter box training our baby potbelly pig, Goblin. This is the second of three brands we have tried and so far it is the best.
These pads-
– have very little odor.
– absorb well.
– cover a large area.
– are easy to clean up. Just fold each of the four corners towards the center and roll it up.
I have to say that ALL of the pads we have tried so far are disappointing in how little they will actually absorb. Not only that, but because the absorbing part of the pad is so thin, urine tends to overwhelm the pad and run off the sides and onto the floor. If you have tried anything that you believe is better, I would be appreciate it if you used the comment section and let us know. Thank you, Jim & Birdie

One of the better puppy pads on the market. Very absorbable, odour free – does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

A Subscribe & Save regular purchase. & Now I decided to review them because they work fantastically. Now I don’t have any dogs, but these pads have come in handy for a lot of different uses. Right off the bat – I’m a cat person & cats inside need a litter box. You know – I once came across an article on how to train cats to use the toliet, well—-my cats did not cooperate, the little devils!
With cats the problem is where they aim or position themselves inside the litter box & you might guess this, it can end up outside the box. Kittens don’t have this problem, but grown cats will often circle around in a box & dig in the corners & then back up & go – right over the side! I then started using boxes with covers, so they were inside when doing their business (I liked this because, well, I didn’t want to always see the inside of the litter box) but with three little devils — there is always one who has a different opinion of what they are going to do — so the top had to come off. SOLUTION, use these pads under the box to catch overspill.
OTHER USES: These pads have come in handy in other ways.
1. Dropped a jar of maniara sauce on the tile floor = used a pad, placed it on top of spill after removing glass chunks with absorbent side down, I then pushed the pad together scooping up the sauce. The floor actually was quite clean afterwards but then I used a spray & floor mop to finish up the job of cleaning. Since that, I’ve grabbed these with several spills/drops to quickly absorb the liquid it’s faster than grabbing a mop & keeps the liquid from spreading out on the floor.
2. Needed to spray paint a small item, used a pad underneath item to protect surface.
3. Use pads when transferring liquids between containers, so any spilt liquid will not roll off of cloth to floor, pads absorb it quickly.
4. Kids projects – place pads on table or floor. Whether coloring or painting or using markers, if they go off target or spill something the pad will absorb it & keep surface protected. This also applies when doing a cooking session with them, put on counter top for flour spills or liquid spills etc. – will speed up cleanup – just roll up pad & toss. If it’s just dry ingredients, take over to trash & shake into can & pad can be reused – by the dog as it is still able to absorb.
5. An unexpected use came recently during a heavy rain storm, heavy & long lasting — a leak, more than one in a section of a room. I laid these out on top of the carpet all around in case more leaks occured – to protect the carpet & show where the leaks were – they also protected from water spray, as water drops into bucket it causes the water to spray around sometimes over the bucket top.
6.(Sensitive Subject) I sometimes transport an elderly person who has issues with being able to hold urine (Hey, as we age things start to not work as they use to) This person wears diapers but when you really go sometimes, well the diaper may not hold it fast enough — for piece of mind, on long trips we use one of these pads to protect the seat area. This allows the person to get out of the house – sometimes with issues like this they don’t want to go out anymore, so having this extra pad lets them know that they won’t spoil your carseats if something happens.
You’ll find all kind of uses for these pads even if you don’t have pets.

I moved from a house to a condo and no longer have a yard for my dog. I purchased one of those artificial grass pads for my balcony for her to use in the morning and before bed. After trying several different puppy pads I found these were the absolute best!!
I have a Jack Russell so not a big dog but I keep the pad for a full 2 days (sometimes 3 if I’ve forgotten) and there is no mess or leaks when I change it. Because it’s out on the balcony it’s exposed to the elements and even when it’s soaked in rain & urine it still doesn’t leak thru. Its crazy that the pad can be so heavy but still leakproof.
As soon as I opened the box I could tell the difference in quality immediately and they really are heavy duty Ive been blown away with how well they work… Best Puppy Pads on the market!!

I have three yorkies under 5 lbs each. I use one of these and they all use it. I change it about 3 or 4 times a day. There is no adhesion on the bottom but it seeks to stay in place unless they decide to play with it….

i have a senior dog, a 10 year old german shepherd. she’s recently been experiencing incontinence issues so i’ve been scrambling to find something that would be quality and work for a large dog but won’t break the bank. these are amazing! they absorb super well and the bottom layer is almost like a vinyl type of material. it’s thin but tough enough to resist tears. highly recommend for all types of dogs!

Works great for my chihuahua. No leaks, and absorbs well. It’s the only one I use.
